Traffic on a busy day on Main Street USA is a "sitting and
watching the people go by" experience. At a near standstill,
Huntington Beach Main Street is a two-lane road equipped to
hand 20 cars or so per block. But when the parking is full
and the people have nowhere to go, they sit, wait and watch.
