Below is a list of venues, featured bands, times, locations and additional information.  More Events

Hat's off to Huntington Beach's Summer Concerts -- and to its volunteer Huntington Beach Concert Band, a member of the Association of Concert Bands. Launched in 1973, the concert band performs in the Summer Concerts, and is under the direction of Tom Ridley since 1977. Huntington Beach has always enjoyed its free concerts. In 1914 when the first band played at the Pavilion next to the brand new Huntington Beach Pier, the crowd was amazed by the fabulous entertainment which has become a tradition for about 100 years.

For tourists visiting, the easiest concerts to attend are walking distance from the great beach hotels and resorts. The free summer concerts hold a long tradition in HB. In addition to the the Big 3: Surfing Museum; Central Park Huntington Beach City Band Concerts; and free concerts in the courtyard at Bella Terra Mall.  Nearby concerts we've also enjoyed are a free summer concert series at Eisenhower Park overlooking the beach at Seal Beach; Westminster Civic Center Plaza concerts; Long Beach concerts at MarketPlace, and several parks, and free concerts at the bandshell on Balboa Peninsula overlooking the Balboa Pier.  Huntington Beach paid concert series BBJAZZ features monthly smooth jazz concerts that are held at Central Library Theatre and hotels during the holidays.
