Tipsy Gypsy is an
alternative fashion store with clothing that appeals to
those seeking something a bit more elegant, classic or retro
in style. They sell women and men's clothing but mostly
women's items. Scarves, boots, stockings, jackets, pants,
jeans, tops and a variety of items you don't see elsewhere.
Live Mannequin in the Window
used to be a weekly
feature of the unique boutique in downtown Huntington Beach
called Tipsy Gypsy. Not only are the clothing styles cool,
cute, retro and a bit out of the ordinary, the owners
have a fun-loving approach (some say it's avant garde)
promoting their shop. In this weekly event, if you can make
the Live Mannequins (notice two in the photo) crack a smile,
you can receive a discount on clothing inside the store.
