Pierside Pavilion Parking Structure 
Pierside Pavilion parking garage in Huntington Beach near the bustling Main Street shopping and dining area is contained in a commercial building with restaurants, shops, offices and an elevator. There is one entrance to the car park area of the building on Walnut near Main Street.  Surf City Pierside 6 movie theater located in the building validates your parking pass for free parking at the City of Huntington Beach operated garage across the street in Main Promenade. Free parking for the movie theater is not available in this smaller garage facility at Pierside Pavilion.

Operated by Modern Parking, Inc. or MPI, Pierside merchant validation permits parking free for 60 minutes in the building shops and 90 minutes at the restaurants.

Published parking prices (subject to change) are posted as $1.25 for each 20 minutes with a $12 maximum per day.

Main Street & Downtown Huntington Beach Parking Comparison

Beach parking is available across the street from the building. Restaurants in the building include Fred's Mexican Cafe, Spark Woodfire Cooking, What the Pho? Vietnamese food, Gallaghers Irish Pub & Grill, Subway, Sweetie, Pacific Coast Hotdogs, Java Point and Surf City Candy.  Clothing, gifts and surf rentals are available at Huntington Surf & Sport in the building. Business offices include finance, internet and other companies.
