Pattinson Park in Huntington Beach is an elegant park with red brick treatments in planters and the covered picnic area, iron-gate style fencing and an aquatic-themed play area.

Pattinson Park
Palm at Lexie Circle
Huntington Beach, CA  92648

Pattinson Park in Huntington Beach is located in on Palm Avenue between Golden West and Seapoint Streets, backing to the Boardwalk gated residential community. Across Palm Street is Lexie Circle and Cherryhill Drive entrance to gated Sea Cliff Estates.

The park includes the nicest brickwork and landscaping of the newest parks built in Huntington Beach in the past several years. It blends seamlessly with the surrounding community of estate homes blocks from the Pacific Ocean, Huntington City Beach and Bolsa Chica State Beach.

An ironwork gate separates the park from Palm Street and is enhanced by palm trees and landscaping such as colorful pink flowers and orange succulents. Large fields for play and a beautiful play area located next to a covered patio with picnic tables make this an ideal location for small gatherings where the kids can play within view of the adults. The playground includes an aquatic theme with blue colors and fish decor. Bouncy rides for kiddies, shaped liked seahorses are made by Playworld Systems of Lewisburg, Pa.

There are lots of park benches, picnic tables and even a basketball court. The cement area of this park is a great place to go and relax. It provides a  pleasant feeling in a serene park setting without ever having to step on grass, risking getting your nice shoes wet. There's an off-street paved parking lot at the entry to the park on Palm Avenue.

Huntington Beach Parks

The City of Huntington Beach (California) is the caretaker and steward of the Huntington Beach public park system. Two departments involved with Huntington Beach parks are the Community Services Department and Park Maintenance. Park Maintenance is responsible for maintaining approximately 70 parks and public facilities, totaling 598 acres, 169 playground apparatus and irrigation systems.

Park Maintenance is also an integral component in special events in the City, closely working with Community Services to set up for events and activities that take place on or near park facilities. Community Services not only handles the rental of the park facilities but also operates programs for the public that include softball leagues, exercise classes, cooking, dancing and other types of interesting and fun things to do. For more information on park maintenance call (714) 536-5480.  For information on park facilities or to make a reservation call Community Services at (714) 536-5486 or the phone numbers provided on the featured parks pages.
