Marina Community Park is a huge
complex of fields for sports overlooking
the playing and sports fields of Marina
High School. Four tennis courts, eight
handball courts, two basketball courts,
playgrounds with gyms, slides and
swings, three baseball diamonds and
plenty of room for a casual game of
soccer or Frisbee are included in this
fabulous complex. For the
not-so-athletically inclined, there is a
Huntington Beach Public Library branch,
Helen Murphy Library.
Operated and maintained by the City
of Huntington Beach under the Community
Services Department, the park is one of
dozens of beautiful city parks available
free to the public.
What's especially enjoyable about
this park are the picnic facilities that
can seat a large number of people.
Perfect for gatherings of a casual
nature, there are beautiful shade trees
throughout the park and surrounding the
picnic area.
There is no fee for parking at Marina
Community Park.
