Rooney performed on Huntington City Beach in Huntington Beach, California on Saturday, December 11, 2004. Their hour long show was sponsored by Hollister clothing. Not largely publicized, the event still drew a good size crowd and the best part was that the band was visible and could be heard on ground level and from the Huntington Beach Pier. The concert was great and the hour went fast. There were no encores but the band did stick around to sign autographs and meet some screaming fans. Lead singer Robert Carmine commented that they were supposed to perform several weeks earlier but weren't able to because of rain. The weather was outrageously nice on December 11 with shirt sleeves, temperatures in the 70's, sunshine and lots of sand.
