As for coolers, again since there’s no admission and the street is closed, so you probably can bring beach items, as a portion of the event is at the beach (on the Huntington Beach Pier). I am no authority on this subject. Just use good judgement. There are so many vendors and restaurants around, you might want to try some local, tasty foods if you are so inclined!
