Huntington Beach Art Walk Showcase: Steven Lustig

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIF. –With more than 20 or artists  featured in the monthly Downtown Huntington Beach Art Walk, a host of talents make this event well worth a visit for art lovers. In March 2011 artist Steven Lustig, a committed student of yoga, will work on location, creating drawings based on live models in a variety of yoga poses appearing at Yoga Works,  301 Main St. You can see this artist at work between 6 and 9 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, 2011.

The owner of  BioDesign Communications, a highly specialized computer graphics company supplying creative illustrations to the Life Science, Medical Device and Healthcare industries,  has spent his life immersed in fine arts and illustration. His work is described  as powerful and passionate, embracing mainly the abstract in human and natural forms.

Art Walk is in its second year, providing and exciting feature in Huntington Beach’s colorful downtown. The event began in January 2010, and has constantly grown during its genesis. It spans approx. six city blocks from the Huntington Beach Art Center at 536 Main to the Main Street businesses in the first block at Pacific Coast Highway, and on the Strand on Fifth Street.  Poets, painters, photographers and sculptors all participate  entertaining evening of exploring art and ambiance in Huntington Beach. The Art Walk continues each month on the third Wednesday.
