Rohrabacher Family Story

Dana & Rhonda Rohrabacher
Tristan, Anika, Christian 4 ' year old triplets

Dana Rohrabacher is clearly a noteworthy and recognizable member of our community. As our 46th District Representative, this ninth term Congressman is a powerful voice for his constituency. Mr. Rohrabacher grew up on the west coast of California. He attended Palos Verdes High School, earned a bachelor degree from Long Beach State University and a Master's degree from University of Southern California.

The saying 'Behind every good man is a great woman' is evident here. Rhonda Carmony ran Dana's campaign out of the Wind and Sea Surf Shop. Her family roots go back five generations here in Orange County. The fellow surfers had much in common, fell in love and married. Rhonda, whom has a twin sister and Dana are raising their four year old triplets, Tristan, Anika, and Christian in downtown Huntington Beach. 'I love the downtown area with its small town atmosphere' says Rhonda. The family can be seen enjoying Surf City nights on Tuesdays, where Anika's favorite activity is the huge inflated castle. 'We love Sushi on Fire' says Rhonda. Any local knows 'Mama,' the owner, is a master at pampering the kids and making them feel welcome. Rhonda reminds us not to take our community for granted. She appreciates the library programs, pristine beaches, and safe family environment. What does she hope to see here in 100 years' 'Our 4th of July parade and that we continue to be a very patriotic city.' Holding true to those words, Dana Rohrabacher was not present at the interview as he was in Iraq.
